Tell me what you're dealing with — a bug, a new build, or infrastructure that needs attention. I reply within 4 hours, and follow up with an estimate within one business day.
No card, no scheduling link, and no sales qualification — this goes straight to the engineer who would do the work.
Evaluating for a team?
Procurement, security and contracting questions are answered in full on their own pages, so your reviewers do not have to wait on a reply.
I read and reply to every inquiry myself — the handling is identical whether it arrived through this form or through an AI agent using the same submission tool. Nothing is auto-closed or filtered out before I see it.
You'll get a reply within 4 hours. If the request needs an actual diagnostic read rather than a quick answer, a considered estimate follows within one business day — those are two different promises, not the same number said twice.
No — it's a written inquiry, not an order. Nothing is charged by sending it, and no estimate I send back is ever auto-charged; you decide separately, after reading my reply, whether to move forward.
The engineer who would do the work — there is no sales layer here, because there is nobody else. If your evaluation needs security or procurement answers rather than a technical conversation, /security and /vendor answer most of them without a call, and /teams explains how an engagement is contracted.
I'm happy to sign an NDA before reviewing proprietary code if you'd like one in place first — just ask. If you'd rather not detail specifics yet, describe the problem at a high level here and we can go deeper once we're actually talking.
Yes — a rough description is enough to start. Turning it into actual hours and a price is what the estimate step is for, whether that's my reply here or the free 30-minute call; you don't need to arrive with a precise diagnosis already done.
The minimum billable unit is 1 hour at $30 USD, so there's no project floor that rules a small question out. Listed package prices are floors for larger scoped work, not a minimum you need to hit before writing in.
